S & S sent service technician "Greg" to inspect for termites. He arrived on time and took insect samples of suspected termites. While here, I had subterranean bees and I asked him to treat those which he readily did. I tried eradicating them myself but to no avail. The bees were gone the next day. Two days later, termites were confirmed, and a plan for treatment was proposed. The installation of bait traps around the perimeter of the house was completed in a timely and professional manner. The follow-up plan was adequately discussed, and I was extremely satisfied with the entire program. I had called several companies and all were either too busy and unavailable, or no longer doing termites. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who has problems with insects. It's not often I can say it was a "pleasure" doing business with a company.
